This is the first time I've been to a Domino's Pizza. This one just opened near our place, so we gave it a shot, The pizza was okay. I've had better, & worse...

The only reason we have ordered Domino's is because they are the only ones that deliver in Gateway that we know of. The last two times we ordered the pizza it was not the way we liked it and last Friday we ordered a pizza it was cold. The manager told us he would give us our next pizza free however when we did take him up on the offer it was another disappointment. We ordered and 55 minutes later when the pizza hadn't be delivered we called only to have them tell us they thought we were picking up the pizza! Been ordering from them almost 2 years and always had it delivered. Another 45 minutes and we finally had our food. I don't think will be eating there again. The pizza is tasteless and mozzarella cheese they use is awful.

I am not trying to sound snooty...but this is Domino's pizza. Its the McDonald's of pizza. That being said, my kids like it when they have friends over. The pizza is not offensive but it is not great pizza either. What I can say is that this location has never had a late delivery, the drivers all speak English and are very friendly, and the pizza arrives really hot. I don't know that it would be reasonable to expect too much more than that. I think they do a great job considering the overall product.

Ordered tonight for pick up. Can't tell you how disastrous this was. Guy handed me 8 wings and said thank you. I paid 27 and change and said where is the rest? He said he would check. A few minutes later a fat kid came to the window and handed me the rest of my order. I told him it was missing one item. 5 minutes later the fat kid comes to the window and tells me he did not put that in, it wi be 7 more minutes to wait for it. I said no I don't have time. He told me I was not charged for it. I got home, did the math from the web page because he kept all copies of my receipt. I was charged fir the item. it all seems a bit calculated now that i think of it! Food was below average, wings were cold and the guy is a liar. Until I see the owner, steer clear of this store.
